green smoothie bowl

lately was super hot outside, so no one wanted to eat hot food, right? i've never liked smoothies, smoothie bowls or ice cream for meal. they're super watery and i didn't feel full after eating them. but this summer i decided to experiment with food which i eat, bc i felt a little bit bored.

so yeah, here you are my first smoothie bowl this year! it looks like a soup, i know. i also now, that it looks not good for the first time, bc it's green someone could thought, right? but.....it's super duper yummy, sweet, healthy, nourishing, filing and so much more! you just have to believe me haha




here you are ingrediens for this delicious dessert:

2 kiwi's
1 frozen banana
a bunch of spinach
a bunch of kale
1 grapefruit
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of flax seeds
1 tsp of green powder
of course you can add so much more fruits, everything depends of your taste!
