Yeah, that's right, just 3 ingrediens, nothing more. Quick and simple lunch and also super nourishing, because it's plantbased haha Take to the work or make for your guests at Sunday's lunch, they're gonna be surprised!
INGREDIENS:
2 cans or jars of chickpeas
1/2 jar of mexican sauce
black sesame seeds
Blend chickpeas an form the balls. Fry in Air Fryer for about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce and add sesame seeds at the top.
Add your favourite veggies to the bowl, I also added some baked tofu. U can also eat them with pasta like spaghetti! So goood haha enjoy!
TIP
If u don't have an Air FRyer, bake balls in the preheat owen 180*Celsius for 10 minutes (to the gold top)
