Fluffy and delicious vegan muffins! With chocolate musse inside! You'll be in heaven, I promise. You can take them with you to job, school, or eat at home with favourite cup of tea.
RECIPE for 16 muffins
INGREDIENS:
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour (or use gluten free one)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of soaked dried dates or fresh ones (put dates in a bowl and add hot water, leave for 15 minutes)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 plantbased milk
1 cup of fresh blueberries
chocolate if u want chocolate ones
Preheat oven to 200* Celsius. Mix everything together in a bowl, and blend. Pour the batter into the greased muffin pan. Bake for around 20-25 minutes to gold top. Leave to cool down, and enjoy!
TIP Add crushed chocolate to batter to make them chocolate ones!
