chickpea burger bowl

Burgers as a bowl? yes please! healthiest version of healthy burger hahaha without bun :)
as a base i used kale, so its bowl full of macronutritiens! 

here you are a recipe for burgers!
2 cups of canned chickpeas
1/2 cup of corn flour
parsley (as much as you want)
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
pink salt
pepper
carrot
coconut oil to fry (as much as need)

blend everything together. if mass will be to watery, add more corn flour. form the burgers, and fry in the pan with coconut oil in every side. place them in your bowl with fresh vegetables!
